关于TITAN设计奖 ABOUT TITAN
美国TITAN地产大奖（TITAN Property Awards）是国际奖项协会（IAA）旗下的全球性赛事之一。因其对入选项目有着极为严苛的评审机制与评判宗旨，被誉为“地产界的奥斯卡奖”，也是全球创意设计领域最具影响力的国际奖项。
该奖征集来自全球范围内的卓越作品，旨在发掘和表彰在房地产开发、室内、建筑、景观设计和营销领域的最高成就。评审团队皆由房地产行业领先专家组成，以确保奖项遴选的高标准及含金量与权威性。

G2京沪高速王庆坨服务区，位于中国·天津。项目设计完美的将海河文化与高速公路经济相互融合，设计师选取了最具地域文化的“九河下梢、三会海口、上善若水、奔竞不息”作为设计切入点。以当地地形地貌作为设计载体，剥离出其中最具代表性的“水”作为设计元素，以“水善利万物而不争”的精神内涵，抽象描画了当地的海河文化。
The Wangqingtuo Service Area, situated along the G2 Beijing-Shanghai Expressway in Tianjin, China, seamlessly harmonizes the Haihe River culture with the highway economy in its design. The designers drew inspiration from the region's abundant cultural heritage, notably encapsulated in the phrase "Nine rivers merging into the seaway, akin to water, in perpetual flow and competition". They grounded their design in the local topography, highlighting the most emblematic element, "water," as a symbol of the principle that "water benefits all things without contention". This abstract representation vividly captures the essence of the local Haihe River culture.
项目设计结合地域、自然与人文构思衍生“光影交错”的叙事主题，塑造简约纯粹的美学属性。整个建筑采用了铝板、玻璃幕墙、光伏板等多种材质混搭，使得建筑与周围的自然环境融为一体，斑驳的光影在玻璃墙面流动，给予空间灵动澄澈的艺术美感。
The project's design incorporates regional, natural, and cultural elements to establish a thematic narrative centered on the "interplay of light and shadow," cultivating a minimalist aesthetic. Through the use of materials such as aluminum panels, glass curtain walls, and photovoltaic panels, the architecture seamlessly harmonizes with the natural environment. The interplay of light and shadow on the glass surfaces introduces a dynamic and visually captivating artistic dimension to the space.
设计师以灰色、冷色为主轴，点缀橙色以及海蓝色的色阶进行跳跃，为整个空间增添了几份生机与热情，使人们在快节奏的生活中找到了一处慢时光。整个建筑空间外观大气磅礴、有气宇轩昂之势，行云流水的静谧气质、强烈的视觉冲击、与周围环境巧妙的完美融合，犹如大自然鬼斧神工的雕琢，令人心生愉悦……
The designer employs a palette centered around gray and cool colors, punctuated by vibrant orange and sea blue, infusing the entire space with vitality and warmth. This creates a haven for people to escape the fast-paced life and find a moment of tranquility. The architectural exterior exudes a commanding presence, characterized by its serene and fluid qualities, a pronounced visual impact, and seamless integration with the surrounding environment. It appears as if nature itself has artfully sculpted it, evoking a profound sense of joy and delight.
